Your referees must be able to assess your suitability for the post.
We request references to cover your employment/study history as appropriate, and require two references that both meet the standards of the College, prior to an employee joining HRUC. One of the nominated referees should be a senior manager or HR from your current or most recent employment. Your referees must still be employed with the company you worked at. If your manager has already left the company, please give us the contact details of the HR Department.
If you have just completed full-time education, your course tutor, or other academic staff member familiar with your work, could be selected.
Family members or personal friends should not be named as referees.
