            <p id="isPasted">We are seeking an Application Support Analyst to join our busy and expanding MIS team, to assist with the implementation, configuration and support of new and existing Management Information Systems.</p><p>Responsibilities of the role will include:</p><ul><li>Providing 1<sup>st</sup> and 2<sup>nd</sup> line helpdesk support</li><li>Supporting user onboarding and access management</li></ul><ul type="disc"><li>Using SQL to support system operations, including troubleshooting data issues, validating datasets, and resolving user-reported problems</li><li>Developing and maintaining SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and scripts to enhance MIS functionality and support ongoing system development</li><li>Applying SQL in system integrations, and using scripting technologies such as Python and PowerShell to automate data flows</li><li>Designing, testing and implementing API-based integrations</li></ul><p>We are looking for a flexible, pro-active individual who can demonstrate:</p><ul type="disc"><li>Minimum of 3 years&rsquo; experience of working with and supporting application systems</li><li>Good working knowledge and experience<strong>&nbsp;</strong>of Microsoft SQL Server</li><li>Good analytical skills</li><li>Experience of 1<sup>st</sup> &amp; 2<sup>nd</sup> line helpdesk support</li><li>Python &amp; PowerShell development skills (desirable)</li></ul><p>This role is based at Uxbridge Campus, with travel to other college sites (Harrow &amp; Richmond) when required. &nbsp;It is anticipated that the postholder will be able to work from home for 1 day per week, subject to business need, after settling into the role.</p><p>Please note, we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Notice for Recruitment Agencies:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>HRUC operates with a managed service provider (MSP) for recruitment services.             <p id="isPasted">We require a well organised, flexible and proactive individual to provide comprehensive administrative support to our curriculum team for Health and Social Care based at Uxbridge Campus.</p><p>You will undertake a wide range of administrative duties including producing correspondence and reports, assisting in arranging class cover, diary management, handling queries and communicating effectively with students and staff across the College. &nbsp;</p><p>You should have a minimum of 2 years&rsquo; administrative experience, preferably gained in the education sector. &nbsp;You should also have excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills, and will have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software and experience of using IT systems/databases. &nbsp;You will be a good team player, able to work flexibly and on your own initiative in a fast-paced environment.&nbsp;</p><p>Working hours for this post are 30.6 hours per week, and are expected to be 9.00am &ndash; 4.00pm, Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, with a later finish time of 5.00pm on Tuesdays.</p><p>We are unable to offer sponsorship for this role.</p><p><strong>Please note:</strong> for individuals who start a term time only role after 1st September, the salary will be pro-rated from the start date to the end of this academic year (31<sup>st</sup> August 2026).
