          <title><![CDATA[Administrator - Teacher Training - 7.25 hours per week, 39 weeks per year to cover term times (2181-R)]]></title>

            <p id="isPasted">The post-holder will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Teacher Training Manager and lecturing staff within the section to enable the successful delivery of courses.</p><p id="isPasted">The hours of the post are 7 hours 15 minutes per week. The working pattern to be discussed and agreed upon at the time of appointment.</p><p>We are seeking a pro-active and well organised individual who can demonstrate:</p><ul><li>Administrative experience gained in a busy environment, preferably within the education sector</li><li>Excellent organisational and time management skills and ability to prioritise workload effectively to meet deadlines</li><li>Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with individuals and departments across the organisation</li><li>Good IT skills including good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, systems and databases including Sharepoint, Teams and Outlook</li></ul><p>Please note: for individuals who start a term time only role after 1st September, the salary will be pro-rated from the start date to the end of this academic year (31<sup>st</sup> August 2027). This ensures that the correct entitlement to pay and holiday pay relative to the portion of the year worked. This will be paid in equal monthly instalments until 31 August. The salary will revert to the normal arrangements as stated in the advert at the start of the following academic year.</p><p>We are unable to offer sponsorship for this role.</p>
