Lecturer - English and Lecturer - Learning Support - Uxbridge College
I've worked at Uxbridge College for nearly six years now. The working week is busy and sometimes challenging but seeing the improvement learners make within the department whilst sharing best practice with colleagues make it all worthwhile.
I like working at the College because no two days are the same and everyone I've met, either inside or outside of the department are friendly and professional. Most learners are a pleasure to teach and it's great to know we are part of their journey towards their chosen career. The College also has solid structures and processes in place, which means standards for teaching and learning, amongst other areas, are high.
